The first step in the process is to
wake up "your inner lover". I will
be talking about awareness of how to breathe and what it means for your body. A
conscious breathing helps you connect with your physical sensations and
increase them. Breathing with awareness focuses on the vital energy that
circulates throughout your body. This is important because the ability you have
to wake up "the lover of your inner self" depends on your ability to
experience yourself and the sensations that arise from within. You are about to
embark on an inner journey using the breath as a vehicle.
As you become more sensitive to
respiratory flow, you will discover that you can focus on any part of your body
and direct the breath to any part of it creating tingling sensations of warmth
and intense sensations and once you have accomplished those sensations, then
you can extend it to the rest of your body. To experience what I just
described, it is necessary to do the following exercise:
Close your eyes relax and imagine
doing 3 breaths. If you are really relaxed, you will be open to the receptivity
of the senses. Feel that you are able to "hear" thank you for your
warmth as if it were a subtle energy flow. This feeling of warmth extends
through the hand. Inhale deeply, feel how warm energy passes from hand to arm
and then the rest of the body. With practice you can receive more subtle
sensations and highlight through deep breathing, thus breathing becomes a
vehicle of pleasure, making your whole body into an instrument (including a
symphony) pleasure. Through this learning will practice mindful breathing.
There are many practical and
spiritual methods of self that attach great importance to breath. Eastern
meditation teachers, insist on breathing slowly and consciously, that is,
focusing all attention on the inhalation and exhalation. This is a constant
awareness of breathing off attention to thinking (an important step to calm
your mind). This creates an inner silence allowing sensory perceptions more
intense.
There are other schools of
meditation that teach breathing techniques that saturate the body of PRANA
(universal life force). With deeper breathing, more PRANA enter your body. In
Sublime sex, deep breathing is what connects you with your own sexual centers.
The deeper your breath will connect better with your sexual energy. However,
most of us live with a little portion of air. On average, people inhale a pint
of air for each breath, while our lungs can accommodate about three and a half
liters when fully dilated. This is one reason the scope and depth of our
experiences (especially in terms of sexual feelings), disappoint our
expectations. You just do not breathe well enough to reach full orgasmic
potential in love.
