Myth Or Reality: Sexual Positions To Get Pregnant

While there are no scientific studies that prove that there are some sex positions that are better than others to conceive, all those that allow deeper penetration and in the vagina of women is raised slightly to help the sperm have easy entry to the uterus. Here we select six sexual positions that meet all the requirements and we will explain step by step so there are no doubts.

The missionary

Sounds boring, but it is a position that is very deep in penetration. The woman and man lying on top of her.  As the woman is facing up, vagina tilts the cervix and help the sperm reach the egg. You can achieve greater inclination placing a pillow under your hips.

The missionary ... with a twist

This version of the missionary is a little hot, and the girls fascinate us! The only two variants are: the woman raises her legs and rides on the shoulders of his partner, while the man is kneeling that gives further impetus to a deeper and stronger penetration.

Puppy

The only support for women will be your arms and the man penetrates from behind.

Spoon

Although penetration is not as good as the other sexual positions, this will help the woman to relax. The two lie down on the bed on the same side, and as the man with his arms around her, gently sneaks up behind. Keep in mind that getting pregnant is very important to be comfortable, relaxed and feel loved, and this position is perfect for it!

The positions you should avoid

Less recommended are those that defy gravity. For example, standing, sitting or reclining in a chair. These positions make it a little harder for sperm to reach the cervix. That does NOT mean you cannot get pregnant.

Remember that it is crucial to have sex on certain days of your cycle to get pregnant. You should do one or two days before ovulation and the day you're ovulating.
